Purchase Terms and Conditions

Any reference to "we" and "us" means Sandy Bloy Motorcycles, and "you" means you the customer.

These terms and conditions and our order confirmation constitute the Contract between us and you for the supply of our Products. The contract can only be varied with the agreement of both parties.

Ordering info

In order to place an order you must be aged 18 years or over and provide a UK Landline and/or mobile number, together with full UK postal address.

Orders can be placed by selecting goods from our store and following the online instructions to checkout. All credit/debit card payments must pass our security checks otherwise your purchase will not complete.

Once your transaction is complete, you will receive an email confirmation of your transaction please keep this for your future records.

If for any reason we cannot accept your order we will contact you via email if provided, or by telephone.

We will make every effort to supply you with the Products purchased from our online store. However, from time to time our suppliers may change items slightly, or we may make an error on our website. In such circumstances we may suggest an alternative product to you. In the event that this is not suitable to you, we will issue you with a full refund for any monies paid.

All prices include VAT , where applicable.

Delivery Info

Delivery to mainland UK is free of charge. We define mainland UK as UK, Northern Ireland and Isle of Man. We may on occasion post to Europe, please contact us direct for Postage and Packaging costs prior to purchase as some items are costly to dispatch.

Payment must be cleared by the appropriate card issuer prior to delivery taking place, we may also on occasion ask you for further information to verify your identity. Your order will be cancelled if cleared payment is not obtained within 14 days of purchase.

We will endeavour to deliver your purchases to you within 14 days of your order.

Issues concerning our Products

We hope that you will be satisfied with all Products purchased from us. In the event that you are not satisfied, you may return the product within 7 working days of receipt and receive a full refund. Please contact us via email or telephone to let us know that you wish to return a product and let us have a brief explanation as to why. Please also ensure that you have your order confirmation details when contacting us.

Please note that any return postage must be met by you, and please ensure that the goods are returned safely and timeously. If the goods are returned damaged in any way, this may affect your refund. Please do not remove and tags or labelling until you are satisfied with the Product.
